Pvt. Johanne the Brave

May 6, 2019

When I got my first 3D printer I always had an eye on making my own miniatures. It wasn’t until I was on my third 3D printer that this became a reality.

Meet Private Johanne. He’s a miniature that I commissioned (because I don’t have the 3D sculpting skills) to have just for fun. You could probably hide him in a guard unit without any trouble but frankly, I just wanted him for images like the one above - or maybe to put in the background of other photos of other minis. He’s really just a fun mini to have around.

Want one for yourself? Well, if you want to print it out on your own then you can head over to CGTrader and purchase him. I printed this one on my Anycubic Photon but you MIGHT be able to do something with him on a dialed-in FDM printer. People are doing some pretty amazing things with FDM printers these days.
